SureCircle does not believe in a one-size-fits-all solution. In fact, as a partner, you can have any type of dental plan you choose. Whether it’s a fully insured or self-funded plan, one with or without a network, or a plan that is procedural or dollar-based, we allow you to offer your clients plans that are perfectly suited to meet their individual needs. SureCircle offers you three major customizable components:
Fully-Insured or Self-Funded
SureCircle is not an insurance company, we provide technologically advanced administration services so that insurance companies can offer dental benefits to their clients in an easy and efficient way. In this case, SureCircle is simply the service provider and the insurance company has financial responsibility for the plan.
SureCircle also provides services for self-funded plans where the sponsoring organization (usually an employer) is financially responsible for the plan; again SureCircle is the third party administrator of these plans.
Procedure or Dollar Based Plans
SureCircle offers both traditional procedure-based and simple dollar-based plans. Procedure-based plans feature fully customizable treatment classes and in/out of network payout percentages and plan maximums. Dollar-based plans are those where coverage is determined based on actual money spent on treatment, regardless of treatment class.
Open or Network Options

SureCircle plans can include the DenteMax network, can be customized for a preferred network of your choice or can have no network (open network). With the open network option, members are reimbursed based on a specified a percentage of UCR fees, allowing for cost control without network restrictions.
