Management Team
Mark Goodfriend, CEO
For over 35 years Mark has worked in very senior management positions in both early stage and established companies.
He founded Adventure Capital Resources, LLC, to foster the development of early stage companies through strategic resource partnering. ACR also acted as a consultant to S3 Technical Solutions, Inc, a firm that markets online benefits administration software, and Mark served in the capacity of Vice President of Business Development. Before that, he was the founder, President and CEO of Next Century Power, Inc. (NCP), a start-up company that was bringing a new, high energy, nickel-zinc battery to market.
For 15 years prior, Mark served in varied corporate senior management positions with DHL Worldwide and, for eight years, worked directly with the primary DHL shareholder on a range of start-up companies. He initially served as the Vice President responsible for the expansion of the DHL U.S domestic distribution network and his work enabled the creation of DHL Airways. With DHL international, he founded and was Managing Director of Management Resources International, Ltd. MRI was an in-house multinational management consulting firm that essentially served as the DHL Worldwide head office. In addition, for four years, Mark served as the Global Director of Information Technology for DHL Worldwide, was Chairman and CEO of NetExpress, Inc., a joint venture between DHL Worldwide and Canon, Inc.; President and CEO of Cocos Lagoon Development Corporation and Senior Vice President of the Bank of Saipan.
Joseph E. Shatara, CIO/COO
Joe is a co-founder of DDRnet, Inc. and has over 30 years experience with 15 years in IT and operations management. Joe was Sr. Vice President of e-Commerce Technology at Network Commerce, Inc. in Seattle, which acquired his prior startup, CardSecure, Inc. in 1999. Prior positions include two successful business launches, General Manager of the Hewlett Packard distribution organization in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, and Senior Electronic Engineering positions at Memorex, Inc. and ESL, Inc.
Richard Thatcher, Sr. VP of Sales and Business Development
Rick has over thirty years experience in insurance and health care. He began his career with CIGNA Corporation and held a series of management positions there, including Senior Vice President for Sales and Marketing at CIGNA Re, where he directed an expansion into health and special risk products that saw sales double for two consecutive years. He also has experience on the provider side in health care as he has been the chief sales/marketing officer for two of the nation's largest home care companies.
Raj Rao, VP of Engineering
Raj is a dynamic, self-driven, accomplished and versatile IT innovator with 15 years of experience designing applications in the area of security software, EAI and sophisticated enterprise solutions for Healthcare, Retail, Semiconductor and Financial industries. He has performed in several capabilities including Chief Architect, Software Engineering Manager, VP of Engineering and technology consultant for companies like PDF Solutions, BEA Systems, Netscape, EFI and more.
Wendy Honore, Director of Operations
Wendy leads SureCircle field operations including client and sales support to advance customer satisfaction and ensure partner and customer success. Wendy has more than 17 years experience within the dental field both with dental insurance companies; including 5 years with Delta Dental and 4 years with Fortis Benefits; specializing in operations, premium and self-funded billing, claim adjudication, and customer support and in the dental office as a dental assistant and office manager. Wendy is also well versed in HIPPA rules and regulations and is SureCircle's Privacy Official.

Andre Hawit, Chairman of the Board
Andre is a co-founder and initial investor in DDRnet, Inc. He is currently Vice President of PDF Solutions who acquired his software company, IDS Software Systems in 2003 for over $50 million.
Gary Goddard
Gary retired from Wells Fargo Insurance Services where he had been Managing Director of the San Francisco office. He also served on their National Marketing Committee which acted as a liaison between Wells Fargo Insurance Services and the insurance market place. He was highly respected by all of the Insurance Companies that he did business with for his straightforwardness, honesty and integrity. He was also valued by his clients for the high levels of service that he provided to them.

Salim Qaru
Salim represents investors and is a business and financial entrepreneur. He founded numerous business ranging from technology services to retail and real estate investments.
Fahed Salfiti
Fahed represents an investor organization with strong performance in the real estate industry. He is President of Al Manara, a successful real estate investment fund.
Advisory Board
Robert Nevins
Robert Nevins has over 45 years of insurance industry experience. He retired as Executive VP and Chief Operating Officer of Acordia, Inc. Prior to that, Mr Nevins was Senior VP & Vice Chairman of the board of Alexander & Alexander, at the time when it was the second largest insurance brokerage company, and the largest retail insurance broker, in the world. Before that, he was an Executive VP at The Home Insurance Company. Mr. Nevins also served as Chairman & President of Fred S. James & Company and was President & Managing Partner of Dinner Levinson Company. Before that, he held various management positions at INA. He also was involved with boards of numerous insurance associations and foundations.
Henry Loubet
Henry is the Chief Strategy Officer for Keenan; California's largest privately held, full service insurance brokerage. He has extensive managed healthcare experience, with UnitedHealthcare where he served as CEO of their Western Region. Prior to UnitedHealthcare, Henry was President of Foundation Health of California. Before that, he was Senior Vice President and Regional Executive of Health Net. In six years, he led the health plan to grow to 500,000 members. Henry also served as Vice Chairman/Chief Operating Officer of the early adopter to the online pharmacy industry, DrugEmporium.com from 2000-2003.
Robert Bjorkquist
Robert is the founder and former CEO of Medical Eye Services (MES Vision), recently retired after 26 years with the firm, and retains a seat on the MES board. MES Vision has the largest vision provider network in California and is currently expanding through the addition of distribution channels in most states.
Laurence Sikon
Larry is a Managing Director and Chief Information Officer for Thomas Weisel partners, the largest West Coast-based investment banking firm. Previously, Larry held senior information technology management positions with bank of America Securities, Merrill Lynch, The Chase Manhattan Bank and DHL Worldwide Express.
Paul Mace
Paul is the founder of Steel Bridge Software and a long time technologist who held key positions with Mace Software, Outhink and TiVo. At TiVo he participated in TiVo's service launch and initial public offering.
Paul is generally credited with creating, along with Peter Norton, the desktop utilities business, later acquired by Symantec.
Over the past two years, he supervised the re-architecting and redevelopment of a web-based enterprise healthcare benefits management system.
Ihab Hanna, DDS and Samer Ebeid, DDS
Dr. Hanna and Dr. Ebeid are practicing dentists offering the provider's perspective on claim submission, dental networks, practice management and insurance company payment processes.
