SureCircle is a technology firm that provides automated and very efficient end-to-end turnkey solutions for automated benefit plan administration and claim processing services. SureCircle currently offers technology that allows employers to self fund dental benefits. It is a web based, turnkey, end to end system, covering all aspects of a dental benefit program: plan design, enrollment/eligibility, claim submission, adjudication, payment and reconciliation. SureCircle is offering this capability to end client companies who provide dental benefits to their employees. It is currently offered through brokers, agents and directly.

By mid-2008, SureCircle will add fully insured dental plans, integrated as a package with its self funded capability. This complete offering will be sold to carriers that do not sell dental insurance. In cases where the carrier’s customer base already has dental insurance from a competitive source, it will allow the carrier to offer the self-funded option which will result in guaranteed cost reductions. Within the next year, SureCircle will add the ability to offer Vision, followed by other types of Health insurance, with and without a self-funded capability.

The resultant suite of applications will allow any insurance carrier (e.g. Health, Life, Property & Casualty, Annuity & Accident, Bank or Healthcare Administrator), to very rapidly and very efficiently offer health-related insurance products.
